SMS program terms

SMS program terms. Onyx Restoration & Recovery LLC ("Onyx") offers an optional text message program for customers who request restoration services. By opting in you agree to receive automated messages from Onyx about your request, estimate scheduling and reminders, follow-up, and one review request after a completed job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; contact your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To cancel at any time, reply STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP or call 267-353-7953 or email onyxrecoveryllc@gmail.com. Insurance

Onyx documents losses and works with your adjuster when you ask us to. Coverage decisions are made by your insurer under your policy, not by Onyx.
